Competition among new home builders at this moment in time is intense. Our goal at New Home Construction Realty is for you to receive the most amount of home for the least amount of monthly payment. To get the best value for your monthly investment we have set up a system to let the builders compete for your business in the area you want to live. These Builders are pre-screened for current financial stability, quality of construction, and availability of financing programs. After completing the information below we will be authorized to start working for you. We will help you find the builder that matches the qualities you are looking for in a new home at a price you can afford.

Here is how it works:

1. Completion of the registration below helps us understand how much you can comfortably afford as your monthly payments and what your needs are for your new home.
2. After all the builder's in your price range are carefully considered, we will determine which one can build your family the most amount of home for the best price.
3. Your new home is built with all the colors and features you have selected. At closing, you receive the keys to your brand new home and a very nice 1.5% rebate check to put in the bank or spend however you wish!
4. Your family moves into your new castle and begins many years of enjoyment.
