Buyer's Rebate

In Florida, the law allows for the Real Estate Broker to share their commission with their buyer as long as full disclosure is given to all the interested parities to the contract. The typical commission offered by most Builders to a Real Estate Broker who is representing a new home buyer is 3% of the price of the home. If someone walks into a model and does not have a Real Estate Broker representing them the Builder simply retains that 3% as part of their profit. This 3% is already incorporated in the cost of their homes as a marketing expense for doing business with the Real Estate community.

At New Home Construction Realty LLC we have made the decision to rebate 1.5% of the commission to the buyers at closing. Just imagine, not only do you get your keys to your brand new home at closing, but also a very nice check! It just doesn't get any better that that! It is your money to spend however you wish. So let's look at some math and see how much your check will be:

$150,000 purchase price X1.5% $2,250 is your check at closing
$175,000 purchase price X1.5% $2,625 is your check at closing
$200,000 purchase price X1.5% $3,000 is your check at closing
$225,000 purchase price X1.5% $3,375 is your check at closing
$250,000 purchase price X1.5% $3,750 is your check at closing
$275,000 purchase price X1.5% $4,125 is your check at closing
$300,000 purchase price X1.5% $4,500 is your check at closing

Buyers over a $300,000 purchase price please call to negotiate your percentage, we will beat any competitors.

For those new home buyers in the state of Florida but out of the Broker's home area of Lake County you can still receive a rebate check at closing. Please keep in mind that the personal contact that I provide in Lake County will be much more difficult because of the travelling distance, although I will always be available through telephone or email.
